Telehealth Psychiatric Care for Teens & Adults (12+)

Let the Healing Begin

Are you navigating anxiety, low mood, or the lingering effects of trauma?
Do you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself?
You’re not alone — and healing is possible.

I provide compassionate, faith-informed psychiatric care that supports your mind, your emotional well-being, and your spiritual health. My approach blends clinical expertise with empathy, clarity, and a safe space to breathe again.

What I Offer

Mental Health
Medication Management

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and evidence-based medication support tailored to your symptoms, lifestyle, and goals. Whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar-spectrum concerns, or overwhelming stress, medication management with me is never rushed or impersonal.

Each visit includes thoughtful assessment, ongoing monitoring, supportive psychotherapy, and space to process what’s really happening in your life — so you feel seen, safe, and supported. Together, we create a personalized plan that restores balance, clarity, and emotional stability.

Supportive Psychotherapy

Supportive psychotherapy provides a compassionate space to process the emotions and life experiences that influence your mental health. This service is offered in conjunction with medication management, allowing each visit to include both clinical treatment and emotional support.

During our time together, we explore challenges, identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create space for grounding, validation, and clarity. Whether you’re navigating trauma, stress, grief, burnout, or major transitions, supportive psychotherapy helps you feel understood and empowered while we work collaboratively toward your healing.

Metabolism & Weight Management(Florida Only)

This cash-pay program is available exclusively to clients in Florida and provides evidence-based support for metabolic health and sustainable weight loss. Services may include GLP-1 and non-GLP pathways, nutritional guidance, and ongoing coaching tailored to your goals.

Each plan is personalized to your health history, lifestyle, and your body’s unique needs, with an emphasis on safety, education, accountability, and long-term results that help you feel stronger and more confident. Your journey is supported with consistent follow-up and compassionate guidance every step of the way.

About Patricia Reed, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C

Founder, Journey with Trish NP: Mind, Mental Health & Metabolism™

For years, I have walked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the quiet battles no one else sees. My work began long before I ever stepped into a clinic—it was shaped by my own seasons of struggle, healing, faith, and rebuilding. I know what it feels like to carry more than your mind or body was meant to hold, and I also know the power of becoming whole again.

As a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, my approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, cultural awareness, and faith-informed care. I believe healing happens when people feel seen—not rushed, not judged, and not treated like a diagnosis. My goal is to create a space where your story matters, your symptoms make sense, and your healing is possible.

Over time, I also developed a passion for metabolic health and sustainable weight management, inspired in part by my own journey with stress, hormonal changes, and weight fluctuations. Today, I help clients understand the connection between mental health, metabolism, and emotional well-being—so they can feel stronger in their bodies and clearer in their minds.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy during our visits. When ongoing or more intensive therapy is needed, I collaborate closely with trusted psychotherapists to ensure each client receives the full care they deserve.

Wherever you are beginning—tired, anxious, hopeful, overwhelmed, grieving, rebuilding, or simply ready for change—you don’t have to do it alone. Healing is a process, but it is also a partnership. And I’m honored to walk this part of the journey with you.

3. Your Personalized Care Plan

Your plan may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy woven into your visit, lifestyle and behavioral recommendations, weight-management coaching for Florida clients, or referrals to trusted therapists and specialists.
Every step is tailored to support your mind, mood, and metabolism.

4. Ongoing Support & Follow-Up

Follow-up visits are always 30 minutes. These sessions allow us to monitor progress, adjust medication when needed, address new concerns, and continue building clarity and stability over time.
You will never be rushed, dismissed, or left without answers.

What Patients are Saying

Let me start by saying that getting to know Trish was really like learning new ways to get to know myself. I was developing some debilitating social anxiety. There are relationships that just died, not because I didn’t want them, but because fear was stopping me from nurturing the relationships like I should. Each and every way that I could let her on she came through and encouraged me to live up the the potential that God had given me. I don’t know if I’m more happy about the destination or the Journey with Trish. I’m just so happy she convinced me to not waste today worrying about tomorrow.
